You can access the Committee Registration Status Check page to view the status of a Statement of Organization form you submitted online.
To access the Committee Registration Status Check page:

Access the page from the left navigation menu... |
Click the committee registration link in the left navigation menu.
The Registration page is displayed. |

Access the page from the menu bar... |
Click the registration tab in the menu bar.
The Registration page is displayed. |
In the Check on Form Submission Status section, click the click here link.
The Committee Registration Status Check page is displayed.
To view the status of a form you submitted online:

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed. |
Type your submission confirmation number in the enter confirmation number field and click the search button.

The confirmation number is found... |
A message is displayed indicating the status of your Statement of Organization form.
Click the return button to close the page. |

The confirmation number is not found... |
An error message is displayed. Enter the correct confirmation number or contact your System Administrator for assistance. |
