Viewing the Status of a Form You Submitted Online

You can access the Committee Registration Status Check page to view the status of a Statement of Organization form you submitted online.

Tasks

To access the Committee Registration Status Check page:

 

  1. Perform one of the following:

Then...

Access the page from the left navigation menu...

Click the committee registration link in the left navigation menu.

 

The Registration page is displayed.

Access the page from the menu bar...

Click the registration tab in the menu bar.

 

The Registration page is displayed.

 

  1. In the Check on Form Submission Status section, click the click here link.

 

The Committee Registration Status Check page is displayed.

 

To view the status of a form you submitted online:

 

Note: Required fields are indicated by an asterisk * to the right of the label and must be completed.

 

 

If...

Then...

The confirmation number is found...

A message is displayed indicating the status of your Statement of Organization form.

 

Click the return button to close the page.

The confirmation number is not found...

An error message is displayed. Enter the correct confirmation number or contact your System Administrator for assistance.
