Viewing General Reports

You can access the General Reports page to view standard pre-built reports. These reports are not customizable by any parameters.

Tasks

To access the General Reports page:

Access the page from the menu bar...

Click the reports tab in the menu bar.

 

The General Reports page is displayed.

Access the page from the left navigation menu...

Click the reports link in the left navigation menu.

 

The General Reports page is displayed.

 

To view general reports:

 

  1. Click the link to the report you want to generate.

 

The report parameters are displayed.

 

  1. Select the appropriate parameters and click the generate reports button. Tip icon To return to the previous page without generating the report, click the return button.

Create an image of the report and email it...

Click the auto-image button.

 

 

Display the first page of the report...

Click the First Page icon . Note icon This button is disabled if you are already on the first page of the report.

 

 

Display the previous page of the report...

Click the Previous Page icon . Note icon This button is disabled if you are on the first page of the report.

Display a specific page of the report...

Type the number of the page you want to display in the current page field . Note icon This field is disabled if the report contains a single page only. The second field indicates the total number of page in the report.

Display the next page of the report...

Click the Next Page icon . Note icon This button is disabled if you are on the last page of the report.

Display the last page of the report...

Click the Last Page icon . Note icon This button is disabled if you are already on the last page of the report.

Increase or decrease the display size of the report...

Select a zoom level from the zoom drop-down list box.

Search the report for a specific word or phrase...

  1. Type the word or phrase for which to search in the find text field.

 

  1. Click the find link.

 

If...

The text was found...

The text is highlighted in the report.

The text was not found...

A dialog box is displayed indicating the text was not found.

 

Click the ok button to close the dialog box.

 

  1. Click the next link to view additional instances of the text.

 

If...

Then...

Additional instances were found...

The text is highlighted in the report.

Additional instances were not found...

A dialog box is displayed indicating the entire report was searched.

 

Click the ok button to close the dialog box.

 

Export the report...

  1. Select the format to which to export the report from the export formats drop-down list box.

 

  1. Click the export link.

 

The File Download dialog box is displayed.

 

  1. Click the save button.

 

The Save As dialog box is displayed.

 

  1. Navigate to the folder where you want to save the file.

 

  1. Click the save button.

 

The report is exported to the specified format and saved to the location you specified. The Download Complete dialog box is displayed.

 

  1. Click the close button to close the dialog box.

Refresh the report...

Click the Refresh icon .

 

The report is re-displayed on your screen.

Print the report...

  1. Click the Print icon .

 

The Print dialog box is displayed.

 

  1. Adjust the settings as necessary and click the ok button.

 

The output is sent to the specified printer and the Print dialog box is closed.
