Viewing Committee Detail

 

1. Perform the steps for Searching for a Committee.

 

The Committee Search page is displayed.

 

2. Click the link in the Committee Name column of the data grid for the Committee you want to view.

 

The Committee Detail page is displayed.

 

1. In the Financial Summary section, perform the following to view the Committee's financial summary information for all past elections:

 

1. Click the finance history button.

 

The Candidate/Candidate Committee Financial Summary page is displayed.

 

2. When finished viewing the information, click the return button.

 

The Candidate/Candidate Committee Financial Summary page is closed and the Committee Detail page is displayed.

 

2. In the Filing History section, perform the following:

 

To...	Then...
Limit the reports displayed in the data grid to a specific type...	Select the type of report to display from the filter by drop-down list box.   Click the apply filter button.   Reports of the specified type are displayed in the data grid.
View a report...	Click the link in the Description column of the data grid for the report you want to view.   If... Then... The report is a contribution or expenditure report… The Filing Detail page is displayed.   Perform the steps for Viewing a Filed Contribution/Expenditure Report. The report is a Statement of Organization report... Click the link in the Description column of the data grid for the Statement of Organization Report you want to view.   The report is displayed in an Acrobat Reader window. Click the print icon .   The Print dialog box is displayed.   Adjust the settings as necessary and click the ok button.   The output is sent to the specified printer and the Print dialog box is closed.   Click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close it.
